President & Founder
The founder and visionary of FlexCom is originally from the south of Munich, with Turkish roots. After his training as an electrical engineer, he pursued a career as a control systems programmer.
In 1993 he started in sales with international success in the field of secure technologies and product marketing. From 1998, Cengiz Ehliz developed seven European countries into a customer base of 1.5 million in the telecommunications and energy sectors, with annual sales of approximately 1.1 billion euros.
ASKER SAKINMAZ
C.E.O - Chief Executive Officer
After finishing his studies in electronical engineering, Asker Sakinmaz continued studying Technology and Marketing at the University of Eindhoven, led by leading managers of Philips. Being the first “Non Dutch” graduate, he now holds a Dipl. Ing. for business management.
After two years of being involved in the area of insurance management, Asker began as a Network Marketing spokesman, also within 23 Years he started up various companies in several countries with business sales worth millions. Asker is one of the successful motivation coaches.
MICHAEL SCHEIBE
C.M.O - Chief Marketing Officer
Prior to joining Flexkom International, Michael Scheibe spent nearly 20 years in the real estate business, where he was the co-founder and CEO of Professional Partners Corporation working in the field of asset-backed investments. Mr. Scheibe made this firm a leading provider of luxury real estate in Germany.
After selling his shares in the company he joined an international company in the direct selling industry. He was able to reach out to thousands of partners with outstanding success and reached the highest possible sales level.
As a Founding Member and CMO of Flexkom International Holding AG, he brings an incredible wealth of practical skills and expertise from both a business perspective and from the perspective of the distributor.
ADEBAYO SURAKATU
C.O.O - Chief Operating Officer
With comprehensive knowledge in business and technology, Chief Operating Officer Adebayo Surakatu joined FlexKom at exactly the right time. Based on Mr. Adebayo extensive skills, gained as the owner and operator of various Software-/ IT- and GeoInformation companies, he will assist in introducing new technologies and will help FlexKom to set up M-Commerce and Geo-Commerce.
In addition Mr. Surakatu will support the expansion of FlexKom with a focus on Africa, USA, UAE, Trinidad & Tobago and Caribbean. Adebayo provides the entrepreneurial spirit that is essential in today’s business world, a gift that he has acquired during his collaboration and advisory work for many large companies.
During his time as director of a company developing the GeoBusiness intelligence infrastructure for direct selling companies, he learned a lot about the needs of the industry and its marketing partners.Throughout his career Adebayo has helped many companies to remarkable growth, which gives him the required know-how to manage the operational measures for the further expansion of FlexKom. Adebayo completed his Bachelor studies of Engineering in GeoInformatics at the University of Lagos.
RUDOLF ENGELSBERGER
C.L.O - Chief Learning Officer
As a skilled craftsman Rudolf Engelsberger founded a master business, which he handed over to his father after having health problems. In 1987, he got into the financial services industry, and accompanied an international business for 25 years working in the Sales Management, from the foundation up to becoming an M-DAX-listed company. As a member of the “IHK- Prüfungsausschusses” for trainees and the state “IHK-Sachkundeprüfung” he put years of expertise available.
Several years ago he also founded a recruitment and coaching company, specialized in the field of sales and marketing. Based on his broad experience as trainer, and his systematic approach to support the personal development of employees’ and management staff, Rudolf experience qualifies him to manage the FlexKom Academy as CLO.
PETER GRUNEWALD
C.T.O - Chief Technical Officer
The qualified communications electronic technician Peter Grünewald, also trained in technical management, has made his first experience in project management in one of the largest telecommunications companies in the world. Since 1995, Peter has been active as CSO, CTO and CEO of the executive management. In addition to many years of sales experience in B2C and B2B area, he has been working intensively in 2005 with the development and implementation of a customer-benefits-systems.
During his career he received regular training and qualifications. He is a member of the “Ring deutscher Gutachter“ and the “Verband der Sachverständigen und Datenschutzbeauftragten“. With these characteristics, he meets the requirements to be predestined as CTO, working with his international team of developers to prepare the global “roll out” of FlexKom.
HASAN SUSLU
C.F.O - Chief Financial Officer
Hasan Süslü, CFO of an international team of attorneys, was in charge of Finance, coordination, public relations, marketing. He also has practical experience in the area of finance, marketing and sales. Using his advanced expertise he brought several different companies to leading positions.
Furthermore, he held key positions in sales, training, trading, marketing, finance, management and development and investor relations. Mr. Süslü worked as management consultant for several companies and has a history of launching successful businesses.
Among other things, he also qualified as a finance specialist, marketing and business administrator.
Hasan provides FlexCom with extensive theoretical and practical experience in the area of marketing, business and financial management.
DAVUT TURKOGLU
C.E.O - Chief Executive Officer (Turkey)
Davut Türkoglu completed a Bachelor of Science and a Masters in Business Administration with a focus on corporate finance at Marmara University in Istanbul. Focus of his education was manufacturing, purchasing, marketing, and sales, business development, investor relations and corporate finance.
At a young age Mr. Türkoglu has built up a family business in the meat industry. He has left this still successfully running company based in Turkey to join FlexKom. Davut contributes his expertise in the development of FlexKom Eurasia. Its main headquarter is based in the economic metropolis of Istanbul. There he leads the company successfully for almost three years.
